These terms describe the current Seiq service for shoppers. They are deliberately specific about what is available today and do not promise payment methods, delivery times or refund outcomes that have not been confirmed for an order.
Using Seiq
Seiq helps shoppers discover products offered by independent sellers in Jordan. By using Seiq or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate account and delivery details.
Orders and cash on delivery
Customer orders are currently cash on delivery only. The product price and any delivery or COD fees are shown before you place the order. A seller may decline or cancel an order when stock, price, address, or fulfilment cannot be confirmed.
Products and sellers
Sellers are responsible for the product information they provide. We work to present product details clearly, but availability, variants and price can change. Check the current product page before placing an order.
Delivery
Delivery availability, fees and tracking depend on the seller, delivery option and address. Seiq shows the latest delivery state it receives, but does not promise a delivery time unless one is shown for your specific order.
Returns and support
If an eligible delivered item has a problem, submit a return request from the order. Requests are reviewed; approval does not mean an automatic refund. Use support when you need help with an order.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account details secure and do not use Seiq to misrepresent products, interfere with orders, or carry out unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may restrict access when needed to protect shoppers, sellers or the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. When a material change applies to your use of Seiq, the current version will be published here.
