Seiq

Privacy summary

Last updated 13 July 2026

This is a plain-language summary of the information Seiq uses to provide the service. It is intentionally limited to the data and actions the current product uses.

Information used for your account

Seiq uses the account, profile, address, cart, order, support and return information you provide or create in the service. If you connect Instagram, Seiq stores the authorized professional profile, access token and posts you choose to synchronize so you can create product drafts. If you allow notifications, the app can register a device token so it can send order updates.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show products and orders, calculate and fulfil purchases, provide support, protect the service, and investigate a problem with an order.

Who receives order details

The seller and delivery partner receive the details needed to fulfil a specific order, such as the recipient name, phone number and delivery address. Customer checkout is currently cash on delivery, so Seiq does not ask you to save card details for an order.

Browser and device storage

Seiq stores items such as your session, cart, language and address choices in your browser or device so the service can work between visits and launches.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses in Seiq. Disconnecting Instagram immediately removes its access token, synchronized posts and sync history. You can start account deletion from Account; some order records may be retained or anonymised where operational or legal records need to remain. Use support for privacy questions or data requests.

Changes

We may update this summary as the service changes. The current version will always be published here.
